Who is accepted:

All ethical and honest online businesses are welcome and will be accepted to carry and display the EthicalSite™ Validation Seal immediately!

Who is not accepted:

We do not accept websites that promote gambling, pornography, child labor, hatred, abuse, racism, religious persecution, drug paraphernalia or drug testing kits, money making schemes, or engage in any unlawful conduct or the sale of illicit products or services of any kind.

The EthicalSite™ eChecker examines and supervises each EthicalSite™ member's online business website to ensure compliance with EthicalSite™'s Code of Ethics. Any member found to be noncompliant is given 30 days to correct the violation(s). If a member's site fails to correct a violation or the breach is deemed egregious, the member's EthicalSite™ status will be revoked without further notice!

Additionally, EthicalSite.com reserves the right to revoke the status any member's site for any reason at any time.

If you operate an ethical and honest online biz, you'll be allowed to receive and retain the EthicalSite™ Website Validation Seal indefinitely!
